Since Harper's party has been pushed back two weeks, I decided to hang the Pom Pom Balls I made in her room:
I love the character they add!
I used this tutorial from Martha Stewart to make them. I found that if you are using the whole size of the tissue paper then 18 sheets work best to make the pom poms look full. For the smaller ones I cut the tissue in half and used 12 sheets of paper. Also, I cut the tips of my pom poms in points instead of rounded edges... it was easier that way.
They make me so happy with all of their fluffiness:
Now that these are happily hanging in Harper's room...I guess I'll just have to make more for her party!

Very pretty! I made pom poms last night for my baby girls 1st birthday. I love the idea of putting them up in her room!. :)
