Last week I showed you my Garnet Hill inspired Felt Christmas Trees and now I wanna show you how to make your own!
Cut out your trees in felt (make sure to cut 2 pieces one for the front and one for the back!)! Be creative and use fun colors too!
Decorate the front of your little trees with ribbons, sequins, buttons and anything else you can think of!
See?! Like this:
Put right sides together and stitch all around, leaving the bottom open. (remember to back stitch at both ends!)
Turn right side out:
And Stuff!
Then go outside and find the perfect stick to act as the trunk of your tree:
Push stick into the tree (you gotta kinda work it through the stuffing!) an:d hot glue around the stick to close the base of the tree:
Then I put a little Styrofoam in a votive from the Dollar Store, stuck the stick in and topped it off with moss!
Enjoy your Felt Christmas Trees!

its very easy to make and beautiful too.. great idea!!!
