WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!
Ok, I absolutely love Christmas! And by "love", I mean I'm completely obsessed! The smells, the food, the lights, the cheesy Hallmark movies, watching "A Christmas Story" 500 times, celebrating Jesus's birthday, the parties, music (yes, I begin playing Christmas music well before Thanksgiving...) and most of all being surrounded by family! Just thinking about it makes me smile... and sing "Jingle Bells" to Harper who squeals with delight when I get to the "...one horse open sleigh, hey!" part (I think she shares my obsession for Christmas too!)!
Since we will be in St. Louis through Thanksgiving this year , I have to decorate BEFORE we leave so when we get home, I can totally focus on Cliff (right??)!
Soooo....
I am skipping Thanksgiving decor and going straight to Christmas! (ok, I have to admit, we usually put our tree up Thanksgiving night.... and decorate the whole house too!)
The first thing I decided to make was Christmas Ribbon Garland for my mantle!

Love it!!! I always have to force myself to wait to decorate for Christmas but I might just have to break out a few before Thankgiving :-) maybe hubby wont notice??!! hehe
